Mediation

Mediation is a process where a neutral mediator helps disputing parties identify issues, explore options, and attempt to reach their own agreement. The mediator guides the process but does not advise on or decide the outcome. Mediation can be voluntary, court-ordered, or contractual.

Mediation Rooms

If requested at time of booking,  mediation rooms and breakout rooms in a private and secure environment can be provided.  Located at Level 14, 179 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.

Locations

While based in Sydney, in-person same-day mediations in most regional centers within a three-hour radius of the city is available. Mediations can also be scheduled—typically requiring overnight stays—in regional New South Wales, Canberra, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Travel to these locations incurs no extra fee. However, if air travel or overnight accommodation is necessary, costs are billed to the parties at actual expense and only with prior agreement. Online mediations are also available through various platforms.
